Longass Break

Yes it was a long break, very long and almost too long. But nevertheless it was a great break. I did quite a few things on my break, like visit Orochan Ramen (from Man v Food) went to LA a few times, went snowboarding, slept in till 9am. But now I am totally ready and refreshed to go back to school. I am taking 4 classes this semester and pretty excited for 3 of them. My goal this semester is to get B or higher in all 4 classes, it does not seem that hard as long as I do not start to slack off. It has been raining like crazy over here, I totally thought the street were going to completely flooded. Ya Socal is noy meant for rain more than 1". I went to the swap meet the other day, and not the OC one the OCC one. The OCC one is what I consider the Mexican swap meet, meaning there are just Mexican venders there with a few White people. So I was looking for a steal for old records or some vintage games thinking that these Hispanics did not know prices for old games. I guess I was the uneducated one cause EVERY single one of these venders were spot on with the prices, sometimes a little over. I was pissed off and surprised I thought I could get Mario Party for $5 and not $15. I did mange to get Golden Eye 007 for $3 from an old lady who bargained with me. She seemed sketchy though and it was probably stolen, but whatever, I will take it. Anyways I do not know what else to write, I am kind of hungry so I think I am go to get something to eat. HOPEFULLY I go snowboarding tomorrow, but Bear is closed today due to a power outage, so we will see :/.

Bye for now.

It was a good year.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas, I got some good stuff, a snowboard (boots and binding) some nice clothes, and cash. But now here we are, another year gone by, and every year now just seems to whiz by. The older you get the quicker the years go by. This year was a decent year, not maybe complaints. I transferred to CSUF, bought a condo, became a head coach, went to Vegas for the first time and enjoyed my life. I was happier this year, I enjoyed life more and did not let the little things bug me as much. Ya I had my downs but I always manged to pick myself up no problem. In retrospect I felt this was the year of me growing up and maturing. I learned a lot of things and from a perspective of an adult. I am going to be 23 in a few months and it is depressing in a sense cause I am not a kid anymore, and far from a teenager. People expect more from you, in reality I could start my adult now (becoming married and having kids) and I think that is why I am trying to enjoy life more before I have to worry about taking my kids to soccer practice. Thanks to all the people who supported and helped me this last year, you have made me a stronger person. Hopefully 2010 will be another great year.

Busy.

Ya I been way to busy to write a blog, so I just wanted to make a short one cause I feel like it. Thanksgiving was OK this year, my family got separated and wanted to do their own traditions which was fine I guess but I am just so used to big Thanksgivings that it kind of threw me off this year. Besides that my grandma's cooking was amazing as always. I cannot wait till this semester is over, I need a break. I might not be taking 15-20 units, but I still feel that I am a little burnt out on school. A break never hurt anyone. I dunno, my life has hit autopilot which in my opinion is not good. I need to live a little and enjoy life rather than just going through the motions. Everything will be ok right? it always ends up ok in the end. You just gotta figure out how it does. That is it for now, 3 more weeks and this semester is done, not as well as I wanted it to be but done and gone. I can only try harder.

October is almost over already???

This semester has flown by so fast. A few more weeks and we are done with school. I can't believe I am almost done with my first semester of Fullerton. We have eight more weeks left, you might not think that is a lot but we are more than halfway there. I have high C's in two classes and a B in my other one I just gotta do well on the next test to keep my B's. Sounds easy right? I guess it just that fact that one class is solely based on 4 tests. But I can do it, I know I can. I had to day off today, (when I wrote it) kind of nice I slept in, got some errands done, some homework and now this blog. Sometimes you just need a day off to relax and enjoy. I still have practice tonight though, oh well. Short post even though I had a lot free time, I decided not to waste it on blogging.

House warming party tomorrow.

I am kind of excited for out housewarming party tomorrow. I just like seeing everyone coming over chatting, catching and eating good food. Plus it is mostly family, and I love my family. I do not expect any gift, I actually do not care I just want everyone to come over hangout have some good food, maybe some wine and just enjoy our place. That is all that I want. I can not wait. :)

I need a vacation simple as that. I feel myself just wearing down little by little. By the time I know it will just not wake up one morning till 2pm. Maybe that is all I need, just to sleep in till 12 and not go to work or school. I would still prefer a week long vacation to Hawaii.

Something that has been pissing me off lately is the drivers around orange county. I notice is more cause I have drive everywhere and I bike a lot more. I dunno how they got their license. People driving too slow, people that drive way too fast, people on their phone, people who do not know what a turn signal is, people who cut you off. But what really pissed me off was the other day, I was going onto the freeway and it was a red light going into the freeway and this a*shole decides to just run it. I thought to myself, is this guys life really that important for him to run a red light to be 3 seconds ahead of me? God I hate self centered people.

Off for now, gotta ride back home from peets to deal with more horrible drivers.

Much <333
